To post items for sale in the AGS Online Gun Show Classified section, you are required to meet at least (1) of the following (4) qualifications:

(a) You must be a Gun Show exhibitor with FFL or State Sales Tax number - OR

(b) You must have a retail Shop with FFL or State Sales Tax Number - OR

(c) You must be a Retail Website Store with FFL or State Sales Tax Number - OR

(d) Submit a letter from a gun show promoter stating you attend his shows regularly.

1. The (1) year membership fee plus business and email address is only $159.95yr.

2. Your business listing - Bold 12pt 3 line listing in American Gun Shops, plus Classified ads

3. **25 Free Classified ads every 30 days for the duration of your membership. That’s .33 cent per ad.

4. All classified ads are listed for 90 days - If item has not been sold or it is a restock able item just call to renew item for another 90 days. We will re-number, re-date and move the ad to the top of the list in the section. Please call to renew ads during the last 10 days before the 90 day has expired.

5. Other Advertising Packages are 30% off with this membership and applies to all our websites.

● All Local, City, County, State, and Federal laws and ordinances must be strictly adhered to.
● **25 ads per month guaranteed, ads run for 90 days and can be renewed.
● We make no expressed and/or implied warrantees that the seller, firearm, and/or any sales item actually exist. We are not responsible for any sales, lack thereof, and/or any buyer-seller disputes. As the seller, it is your responsibility to check buyer’s references before making any transactions. All transactions are made at your own risk. As the seller, it is your responsibility to check all applicable firearms transaction laws in your State before selling any item. AGS is not responsible for the compliance, and/or non-compliance, of any National, BATF, State, City, County, and/or local laws/regulations!
