Our websites have been in development since 2007 with our 8th site going on line Sept. 1^st, 2010. We have had a strong commitment to the completion of our 3 year plan to develop a family of hunting and shooting related websites. We are now moving into the marketing and selling stage of that plan with the growth of our new sales force with the hiring of full and part-time commission sales people throughout the United State.

Primary Responsibilities:

Actively pursue sales by phone and follow-up schedules for all customers that have not purchased using phone calls. Do not use email to make the first contact.

You will be working in one of six areas and even thou all your sales will be telephone sales and the areas are very large, we would prefer you lived in the area.

Initiate new customer contacts with at least 35 calls per day full time and 15 calls per day part-time during business hours.

You will be selling advertising for eight different websites, including special memberships in our new classified site.

You will be calling on Dealers in a variety of businesses from lists we provide but not limited too.

Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned territory - 3 or 4 sales a day minimum for full time people.

Qualification:

Telephone Sales Experience or active current sales position visiting Gun Shops, Hunting related Stores.

Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals in a sales atmosphere.

Great attitude with an outstanding communication and customer service skills.

We prefer 2 or more year’s telephone sales experience.

Must own a modern Computer with Computer Skills including e-mail, internet, etc.

Must have home phone with unlimited long distance and hi-speed internet access.

Professional presentation, solution provider and excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Must be an activity-focused individual who is a creative self-starter with a good work ethic, strong sense of self-discipline, persistence in staying on the phone to establish a customer base.

Compensation:

35% Commission on all sales
7% residuals as long as your work for use.
